Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026
This policy explains what data DBM Store ("we") processes when you use dbm-store.com and the DBM Bots service.
What we collect
- Website sign-in: when you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord user ID, username and avatar. We do not receive your email or password.
- Bot tokens: the tokens you save in your customer panel are stored only on our servers and used only to run your bots. They are never shown back or shared.
- Data the bots process in your server: Discord user IDs and names, moderation actions (warnings, penalties, timeouts), ticket conversations, join/leave and role logs, and server settings.
- Orders: the package, period, amount and your Discord ID. Payment details are handled by Paddle or Shopier; card data never reaches us.
- Technical logs: IP address and request logs, kept for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
Only to provide and secure the service: running your bots, showing your subscription in the customer panel, processing orders and answering support requests. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Roles
For the data the bots process in your Discord server, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf. You are responsible for informing your server members. For website sign-in and order data, we are the controller. Paddle processes payment data as Merchant of Record under its own privacy policy.
Where and how long
Data is stored on our servers in Türkiye. Bot data is kept while your subscription is active and for 30 days after it ends, so you can request an export; then it is deleted together with your tokens. Order records are kept as long as required for accounting.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, export of or deletion of your data at any time by emailing dbmstoremanagement@gmail.com or opening a ticket on discord.gg/dbmstore.
Cookies
We use one session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
