Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DBM Bots, a service operated by DBM Store ("we", "us") at dbm-store.com. By purchasing a subscription or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Payments and reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders outside Türkiye. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns for those orders. Customers in Türkiye may also pay through Shopier; those orders are covered by our Turkish distance sales agreement.

2. The service

DBM Bots provides hosted Discord bots (moderation, tickets, logging, guard and, depending on the package, status and statistics bots) for your Discord server. The bots run on our servers under Discord applications that we create and manage for your server, named after your server (you may also bring your own applications). You receive access to the service for the subscription period you paid for; you do not receive the software itself or its source code.

Each bot's Discord profile banner and "About me" text show that the bot was built by DBM Bots. This attribution is part of the service and is restored automatically if removed.

3. Subscriptions and pricing

Packages and prices are listed on dbm-store.com. Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). Unless stated otherwise at checkout, a subscription does not renew automatically; you can extend it from your customer panel before it ends. If a recurring plan is offered at checkout, it renews at the end of each period until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your customer panel or the link in your receipt; the service then continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Your responsibilities

• If you bring your own bot applications, keep their tokens private and save them only in your customer panel. If a token leaks, reset it in the Discord Developer Portal and save the new one.
• Use the bots in line with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and applicable law.
• Set the bots' roles and permissions as described in our setup guide.
• Do not resell, sublicense or share the service, and do not attempt to copy or reverse engineer it.

5. Availability and support

We aim for 99% monthly uptime and announce planned maintenance in advance on our Discord server. We are not responsible for outages caused by Discord, changes to Discord's API or rules, or changes you make to your tokens or permissions. Support is provided through tickets on our Discord server (discord.gg/dbmstore) or by email at dbmstoremanagement@gmail.com; we reply within 24 hours.

6. Suspension and termination

If the bots are used to break Discord's rules or the law, or to harm others, we may suspend the service after notice and terminate it if the problem continues. When a subscription ends, your bots stop. Your data (settings, moderation records, ticket transcripts) is kept for 30 days so you can request an export, then deleted together with your tokens.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
